Your container is closed, sealed and placed inside our warehouse under 24-hour CCTV surveillance and armed response. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only. The container remains untouched until you request release or retrieval.

Motor licences, identity documents, insurance policies and passports should not be placed into storage. Keep these with you at all times.
If you know certain items will be needed during the storage period, let us know in advance. We'll position them for easy access without needing to unstack the full container.
Selecting specific items from a sealed container requires unstacking, locating and restacking the remaining goods. A handling fee applies each time this is requested.
If your address, phone number or email changes while goods are in storage, notify us immediately. We also require adequate notice before scheduling a full release from storage.

Traditional storage keeps your goods in our secure facility, ideal when you need space managed entirely by us. Simply Store delivers a mobile storage unit (MSU) to your door so you can load it yourself, lock it with your own padlock, and we transport it to storage. Both are available at all three branches.
All premises are surrounded by electric fencing with 24-hour on-site security, full surveillance camera coverage and controlled gate access. Everything is stored indoors and regularly treated for pests.
Yes. You can access your goods during office hours (Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm) at no additional charge. We simply ask for 24 hours' notice so your items are ready when you arrive.
